The point of Facebook is for advertisers to be able to reach out to you. The company sorts your feed by a certain way so that it can play with your emotions and hopefully make you buy something. There is a lot going on behind the scenes that is not good for your mind. There have been reports of companies like Facebook sorting feeds based on how people feel which means they prey on people and weak emotional states for marketing purposes.

It may seem like it’s easy to just quit Facebook on your own without any help. But, just like with anything else like drugs, alcohol, or sex, it’s hard to not be addicted to it when it’s right there. Facebook even knows how to keep people on their site when they deactivate their profile because they tell them they have a couple of weeks and they can reactivate their profile at any time if they change their mind. They prey on people that are addicted to this website and that is why it is so hard to quit.

If you feel like you or someone you know has Facebook Addiction Disorder, you can use this information to get help. It’s important that you don’t wait too long for this. An addiction is something that really can cause trouble in someone’s life if it is not taken care of.
